General Dalbir Singh, COAS and all ranks of the #IndianArmyexpress deep regret on the loss of life of Sepoy Vijay Kumar K at Kargil Sector and conveys heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. Despite adverse weather conditions and fifteen feet snow in the area of avalanche, the mortal remains of Sepoy Vijay Kumar K were recovered after three days of grueling search operations. Mortal remains of the soldier are being moved to his native place, where the cremation ceremony will take place with full military honours.
